Whether you are new to cooking or are a seasoned veteran, when you walk away from this hands-on presentation, your confidence level will be soaring! Learn about:
- Reading and understanding recipe cooking terms
- Knife skills that will help you chop like the professionals
- Saving money by knowing the difference between store or name brand, fresh, frozen, canned, or dried fruits and vegetables
- Substituting ingredients when you're missing recipe items
